Unused items, within 30 days
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with included parts and accessories.

Use our contact form or call (928) 493-2850 for return instructions. Please include the product and order reference when available. Wait for the return address before shipping; our Phoenix business address is not a return destination.
Shipping and refunds
Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the return and cover applicable shipping. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
